About this blog.

My son was diagnosed with PDD-NOS at 24 months. I created this blog to bring meaning to the often-confusing label. Sometimes I have answers. Other times, just more questions.

Maxin and relaxin on the throne.

We're ramping up for potty training. I think he's months (hopefully not years) away from being trained, but he does like his potty time.

The fact that he even likes sitting on it has to be a good sign. Good luck with potty training!

We received our son's diagnosis of PDD-NOS this past Dec. at the age of 3. Although E was somewhat late to potty-train (about 39 months for him to pee in the potty, just recently for the other half), once he took to it, it was done. We found that posting PECS symbols in the bathroom really helped him visualize the routine. Lots of luck!
