...Mater was sad to see his buddy leave.
The other cars were sad, too.
So Mater and his friends went to the racetrack.
They helped McQueen.
But McQueen still did not win.
He helped an old friend finish the race instead.
Now he knew that winning was not what he wanted most.
What he wanted most were friends.
About this blog.
My son was diagnosed with PDD-NOS at 24 months. I created this blog to bring meaning to the often-confusing label. Sometimes I have answers. Other times, just more questions.

I don't know about whether it helps with winning or making friends, but both of my boys love "Cars Cars". We have watched the movie many times and their collection of all the different cars (with all their faces) is impressive, even compared to their other collections of cars. My eldest son has been known to tell me quite seriously, "No Dad, the deal was that you fix the road."
Amen to that.
